What is Paleo?
Nutrition at best can be confusing. With so much information available it is easy to become overwhelmed. In my words Paleo is basically a return to eating whole, unprocessed foods.
Some of the foods that are promoted in the Paleo way of eating are fresh vegetables, meats, nuts and seeds. The closer to your home that it’s grown, the better. This will deliver more nutrient bang for your buck.
Foods that are typically avoided are grains (wheat, rice, barley), legumes (beans) and dairy products. This is not to say that this is a low carbohydrate way of eating.

Complex carbohydrates are essential for lasting energy throughout the day. I want to really stress here that just because you choose to adapt Paleo principles, it does not mean that you are not allowed certain foods. The most important take away from this is that the more whole unrefined foods you have every day, the better your body will function. Period.
You will find some devout Paleo enthusiasts that will not touch a grain of rice or a piece of cheese. Personally I occasionally eat gluten free rice wraps and I LOVE goat cheese on occasion. Every person is built differently and with different tolerances.

What do I need to do when I receive my meals?
Simply open, heat and eat! All containers are microwavable and freezer safe. If using an oven, place your meal onto an oven safe pan, cover and heat for approximatley 25-30 minutes at 350F (these times are estimations, each oven is different).
Soups and stews: Heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or in a pot on the stove top, over medium heat until lightly bubbling.
All your meals are delivered fresh to your door each Sunday. Most meals are good refrigerated for 4 days. Some meals are marked with an (F). These can be frozen for later use.
How many calories are in each meal?
We have estimated our meals to be between 400-600 calories. We change our menu each week, so we have taken an average of a range of meals.
How do I order?
Feel free to order as many of each meal that you like to make up your package. You may also mix both Paleo and Vegan options as well. Order by emailing us at:

What is Vegan?
Our Vegan meals focus on plant based,whole food ingredients. We combine leafy greens, whole grains, nuts and seeds to offer a meal that contains all essential proteins (essential amino acids) complex carbohydrates, fats and great taste.
We use fresh produce, legumes and grains in unique and ever-changing combinations to fuel a satisfying plant based way of eating.
